My wife and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Jensen Dealerships. We especially enjoy our Subaru's very much! What adds to our enjoyment is the confidence we get from the personnel who work at Jensen Subaru. In particular, we can count on Jake at the Service Department counter to rise above and beyond average service to give careful attention to all our needs and requests. He is courteous, congenial and cheerful, all while making sure details on service are not overlooked. We very much appreciate him and his kind nature. Thanks Jake and thank you Jensen!

My wife was looking for a new Ascent, we called down to Jensen Subaru, Wanda took the call and made it an exceptional buying experience. My wife loves her first brand new car and was thrilled with the experience we had at Jensen Subaru. Craig was great in the finance office, he got us a great loan and we bought the service contract and paint and fabric protection for our new Ascent. The process was great and went very smoothly. They welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel right at home. They introduced us around to the Service Department and the entire team. it was an amazing experience. Great work! I leased a new Subaru WRX from Jensen Imports late June and had a terrific experience. Kyle Siefker was my salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as were Troy Fuller (sales manager) and Craig Hops (finance manager). It was obvious from my interactions with them that customer service is a huge priority with Jensen Imports, and they made my experience a truly wonderful one. Kyle was very patient and thorough in explaining the whole process, and even picked me up at the airport! Thanks so much!

I am very happy with Subaru dealer! Had an incident with warranty and Subaru dealer handed it. They care about service to their customers! I couldn’t be happier! Top notch dealer! Mr.Jensen you have created a fine group of service members who care. I will spread the word to everyone I know. I would rate Jensen Subaru 0 stars if that was possible. Do yourself a favor and drive up north to Sioux Falls, SD and visit with Schulte Subaru. You will get better customer service and ultimately a better deal! I'm very happy I chose Schulte Subaru for my first Subaru and a sweet, brand new '22 Outback Wilderness! Sent a general Subaru internet inquiry back on December 2021. At the time, I was just starting to browse the Subaru brand for the first time.I was looking at both Outbacks and Foresters. Quickly received some info from Brandy Bright - Internet Sales Manager. Had some back and forth with her which was initially helpful. Was then bombarded with several follow-up emails between December 2021 and April 2022 and a $250 coupon for a Volkswagen. Because that makes total sense in my situation. *fail* By mid-April, my family had finished our research and was ready to purchase our new vehicle, so we started calling around for quotes. When I asked for Jensen sales, I was sent to a very dis-interested gentleman would shrugged me off when I asked to build/price a 2022 Outback Wilderness. He ended the very short conversation with "I'll call you back". Fast forward a week (with no return call, or emails for that matter). I gave up and called Schulte Subaru and never looked back. Had an in-person appointment and a new vehicle ordered by the end of April. Vehicle was hand delivered over an hour away in mid-July and included several custom freebies and upgrades! This place here doesn't seem to motivated to sell you a new car. No need to waste your time.
